Students who received DRESS CODE VIOLATIONS throughout the school year –In order to receive your confiscated clothing, you MUST return the item you borrowed BY FRIDAY.
The ASB Office will be open until June 26th. Please make arrangements to pay any ASB debts before that date.
IMPORTANT - Start your summer with a clear record - Return all of your textbooks and library books and pay your fines today!!
Yearbooks are still available in the Activities Office. Price is $80. Yearbooks will not be distributed to students who owe any money to the Activities Office or library.
Attention NHS students:
Due to safety concerns, starting on the first day of classes in the fall semester of the school year 2015-2016, the back row of Nipomo High School and Central Coast New Tech High School will be off limits for the student body at break and lunch; the back row goes from classroom 124 to 138. Exceptions will be made for students who need to participate in activities supervised by staff members. Thank you from the Nipomo High School Administrative Team.
Clubs and Classes
If you signed up for AP Stats for next year you should have received a yellow flyer about summer homework last Friday. If you did not get the flyer and believe that you should have, or if you have decided to take AP Stats next year, please go speak to Mrs. Bellew in room 138 this week.
Seniors
Caps, gowns and tassels are available in the Activities Office if you need to purchase them. Caps are $15, gowns are $35 and tassels are $10. There are some “bling” tassels available for $18.
Community Service
St. Joseph’s Church is celebrating their annual Father’s Day BBQ on Sunday, June 21st. They need help raising a large tent on the morning of Friday, June 19th at 8:30 am. See Mrs. Lattimer in Counseling for more information.
Sports
Boys and Girls interested in tennis? Practices start Monday, July 6th out on the tennis courts. Practice will be Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 10am until school starts August 20th. Be sure to have a current Sports Clearance Packet on file!
The 2015-16 Sports Clearance Packets are on sale now for $40 in the NHS Activities Office before school, at break, lunch and after school until 3:15 daily. The cost for the Packet includes an ASB card sticker for next school year. Every student athlete must be cleared prior to participating and that includes summer practices.
