2023-24 Registration is now OPEN.
All student-athletes who wish to participate in summer/fall athletics programs MUST COMPLETE REGISTRATION prior to being allowed to participate.
Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of Titans Athletics:
The Athletic Department at Nipomo High School now hosts their Pre-Participation Athletic Forms online with PlanetHS. This digital platform will allow you, and your student(s), to complete and access athletic forms via computer, tablet, or mobile phone. It is HIPAA, COPPA and FERPA compliant. A link to the privacy policy is located at the bottom of the Sign-in page at https://www.homecampus.com/login
IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR 2023-24 - NEW PLATFORM
Parent and student must create separate accounts, using different emails and/or mobile numbers. The Parent and Student accounts will be linked and when done correctly will allow for all paperwork to be electronically signed on the platform. Nipomo High School is not collecting any paper copies of clearance paperwork or physicals from this point forward. All documents must be signed digitally and all physicals must be uploaded to the new platform for review.

Important Note: Students must be sure to create accounts using accurate information, including their Official Name from school registration, Date of Birth, high school graduation year and school.
