Hey Titans!  Today is the day to come out to the quad at lunch for an ice cream sundae if your birthday is in September.  See you there!


There’s No Place Like Homecoming Dance will be on Saturday, October 1st.  Tickets will be sold in the Activities Office through Friday, September 30th at 3:30pm.  Prices are $10 with ASB card, $15 without if purchased in advance.  Tickets will be $15 with ASB and $20 without ASB at the door.


Reminder - After school tutoring is available in the library from 3:00-4:00 every Monday - Thursday. 

If anyone needs help with their essays, you can get extra help today after school in the library.


Teen's Closet is open today from 12-4 in Room 142.  Students are welcome during lunch and after school. 


Reminder: This Friday, September 30th is the Allan Hancock College Career Exploration Day field trip. Students who turned-in a permission slip must attend 1st period and check-in with their 2nd period teacher before meeting the bus outside of Olympic Hall no later than 9:00 am. Lunch will be provided by AHC. The bus will return to school by 12:30 pm.

If you love music, dance, and want to get fit, listen up! Project Teen Health is hosting Zumba Workouts today and every Wednesday after school in Room 103. All levels welcomed! 


Are you behind on credits? Earn 10 elective credits before Thanksgiving by taking Cuesta College's Workplace Readiness class with Mrs. Davis. If you're interested, you MUST ATTEND class today in Rm 128 at 3:30pm or else the class will be cancelled. For more details, meet with Mrs. Kia, Mr. Hubbell, Mr. Meloncon or Mrs. Davis. 


Attention junior and senior ETS students: If you are interested in applying to the UC system, there will be a lunch workshop today on the Personal Insight Questions. We'll be covering the new change to the UC admission application and breaking down each of the 8 questions. The workshop will be in room 130. Again, ETS lunch workshop on the Personal Insight Questions in room 130.


The FIDM club will be meeting today at lunch in the library conference room.  All are welcome!


Start a movement to make your campus healthier! Join Project Teen Health's first Club Meeting this Thursday during lunchtime in the library's conference room. A lunch will be provided!





It’s that time!  To vote for our Class of 2017 Senior shirts, check your school email and click on the Google form titled “2017 Titan Senior Shirts” and fill out the ballot!  All submissions must be in by Friday, September 30th!


Seniors...Are you thinking about taking the SAT one more time?  The deadline for the November 5th test is October 7th.  Sign up at See your counselor for more details.


 All seniors who are going to be filling out the FAFSA or the Dream Act application, come to the career center on Mondays, all day, during the Fall semester to see Lizbeth Mendoza from Cal SOAP.  Students can make appointments with Mrs. Nunez or Mrs. Lattimer in the counseling office. Both the FAFSA and Dream Act applications open on Oct. 1st.
