Attention all students; if you did not pick up the parent information packet before school started, please stop by the Attendance Office before school, at break, lunch or after school to pick up your packet. The packet has very important information for your family regarding the upcoming school year.
Parking permit tags have arrived!! Are you planning to drive to school this year? If so, it is mandatory that you purchase a parking permit. They are available in the Activities Office for $15. Student parking is in front of the gym. This will be strictly enforced this year.

Picture day is Thursday, August 27th. Be sure to bring your picture order form and payment with you that day.
NHS Back to School night will be Wednesday, September 2nd beginning with a Booster BBQ at 5:30 and the Principal’s welcome at 6:15. Bring your parents for a great evening of information and fun!
This year, every Monday will be a late start schedule with students arriving by 8:45 a.m. and school starting at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, school begins promptly at 7:45 a.m.

Hey all you flat ball fans... Ultimate Frisbee Friday's are back! Meet on the back fields at 3:00 with running shoes, water, and a disc if you have one and we will run, throw, and catch until we drop.

Community Service
Creek Day in Nipomo is hosted by the County of San Luis Obispo and the Nipomo Community Services District; our meeting spot is located on the corner of Tefft and Carrillo Street, east of Highway 101. The event is on Saturday, September 26, 2015, from 9 am to noon. Volunteers will receive a light snack before they head to the creeks and then sandwiches for lunch. Fall is an important time to remove trash before winter rains arrive and wash debris and trash into the ocean. Let’s get together and clean up the creeks! Girls Tennis tryouts continue through Friday at the tennis courts from 3:15 – 5:15. Beginners are encouraged to come out!
Planning on playing sports this year? Be sure to purchase your Sports Clearance Packet in the Activities Office. The $40 you pay includes the cost of your ASB card!
Are you looking for something to do this fall after school? How about joining the Boy’s Water Polo team? All interested student-athletes should stop by the gym or the pool to talk to Coach Lindgren. Knowing how to swim is a definite plus.
