GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) meets today at lunch in room 135. Come help make NHS an inclusive, safe and friendly campus for all students.

Juniors and Seniors: A representative from the Navy ROTC will be on campus this Thursday, April 23rd. He will be on the quad at lunch and also be giving a presentation in the forum during 5th period. Come hear about all of the opportunities the ROTC has to offer, including full college tuition and benefits worth $180,000. A sign-up sheet and presentation passes are available in the library.

Seniors

There will be a mandatory Senior Meeting during 3rd period today. It is NOT an option – you MUST be there. Check in with your teachers first.

All preordered graduation items (invitations, caps, gowns, etc.) will be distributed Monday, April 27th at lunch outside of Olympic Hall on the quad.

If you have not ordered your cap and gown, get the form from the counter in the Activities Office. Time is running out!!!

Hey Seniors! DO you have an amazing talent? If so, and you would like to display that talent, then come try out for Senior Showcase on May 14th in the Forum after school. If you have any questions, please talk to Mr. McConnell.

If you are planning to attend Allan Hancock College next year the following information is incredibly important ---The NHS counseling department is providing Registration & an Online Orientation for seniors to make their transition to Hancock smoother. Seniors will have two opportunities to sign-up for the registration & online orientation: either April 22nd OR April 24th. Students MUST sign up for one of these days in the counseling office. NHS will also offer START placement testing. More information to come. Remember, priority registration for fall 2015 classes begins May 13th. Make sure you have everything done prior to this date. See Mr. Hubbell or Mrs. Lewis if you have any questions.

Attention College Bound Seniors! Please give copies of any and all acceptance letters you have received from colleges or universities to your Gov’t/Econ teacher by Friday, April 24th. These letters will be posted around NHS to promote your high school achievement. Titan Pride!
