Reminder - After school tutoring is available in the library from 3:00-4:00 every Monday - Thursday.

It's time for our library’s 4th annual Peeps Diorama Contest!! Prizes included gift certificates to In-N-Out Burger, Regal Cinemas, and Barnes and Nobel. All entries are due this Friday, April 7th. Stop by to talk to Mrs. Matsuura in the library for more information.

Remember that we rise by lifting others. The Blood Drive signups are this Thursday and Friday on the quad. The drive will be on April11th. Don’t forget to sign up!

It's Tuesday and you know what time it is...Time for the Japanese Culture Club meeting at Lunch. Come and join us in Mr. Deichler's room 134.

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Come see the next Hysterical Artist Improv Show on Wednesday, April 12th in the NHS Forum. Doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7:00pm. Cost is only $5 at the door. Come see our newbies in their first show!

Attention all 10th graders: We will be offering the ACT Aspire test (which is a practice ACT test) here at NHS. Please stop by the Activities Office to register... the test costs $35 and scholarships are available. The last day to register is this THURSDAY... Hurry, space is limited! See Mrs. Kia or Mr. Hubbell with questions.

Have you ever wanted to wear PJs or bring a blanket to school? Well, all renaissance students – congratulations! On April 7th during 1st and 2nd period you can! Join us at our Renaissance Breakfast in honor of our achievements.

It’s that time again! Special Olympics! The Special Olympics will be held on May 5tth. Please come support your Nipomo athletes if you are free!
If you are interested in purchasing one of our shirts to support the students of room 200, please see Mrs. Teixeira in the activities office. Add an additional $1 for additional X on sizing. Shirts go on sale April 3rd through April 12th!


Juniors and Seniors -A representative from Cuesta College's “2017 Summer Bridge to Success Program” will be here today during 5th period in the library computer lab. A sign-up sheet and presentation passes are available in the library.


There is still time to pre-order your 2017 yearbook! Supplies will be limited at the end of the year and the price will go up. Order yours today in the Activities Office...prices are $75 with an ASB sticker, $80 without.

Juniors! Have you taken your SAT Test yet? The deadline for the May 6th test is April 7th, which is right around the corner. Go to collegeboard.org to register. See your counselor for additional details.

Cal Poly Upward Bound is an intensive college prep program that provides academic advising, workshops, mentoring, tutoring, field trips and a residential Summer Academy, with curriculum designed by a dedicated Cal Poly STEM team. We are currently accepting applications from students whose parents do not have a college degree or who meet low income guidelines. Applications are available in the counseling office or the Cal Poly Upward Bound website – www.sas.calpoly.edu/ub . Questions? SENIORS- Be sure to get your 20 hours of community service completed soon. Your hours must be complete in order to participate in Senior Activities—this include the Senior Trip too!

Many scholarships are due soon, so go to nhstitans.org under Academics and click Scholarships OR check your LMUSD email address for more info.

There are currently 39 tickets left for Grad Night at Universal Studios. Get yours soon for $85 in the Activities Office.
