The Library will be closed when we return to school on Tuesday, May 30th. There will be a bin out front for text and library book returns.
A new ASB Do You Know What You Owe list, as of 05/17/17, has been posted in the Activities Office Window. Please pay any outstanding debts as soon as possible so you will be able to participate in all the fun end of the year activities.
Please check with the Library and Cafeteria to see if you have any debts with them and take care of that as soon as possible.
The Titan gods are calling your name! Come buy your Titan Olympiad shirts on the quad for $7 with an ASB card and $10 without. Starting the 24th. The freshman god is Chronos, sophomore’s is Gaea, Junior’s is Oceanus and seniors stand with Hyperion.
Clubs/Classes
Seniors may pick-up Yearbooks today. All other grades will be able to pick theirs up starting on Tuesday the 30th at the Activities Office windows at break and lunch. All yearbooks are now $80.
Link Crew 2017-18 applications are due today. This includes your video. Turn in to Mrs. Conrad's box in the office and get ready to make a HUGE impact!

Juniors and Sophomores... For the 1st time ever, there will be an SAT test offered in August. It will be on Saturday, August 26th, which is the 2nd weekend we are back to school. The deadline to apply is July 28th, which is during summer vacation. See your counselor for help on signing up, or register at collegeboard.org

If you recently pre-ordered and paid in full for your Josten’s order, another shipment has arrived. Please come to the activities office to pick it up. If you have not ordered your cap and gown, pick up an information card in the Activities Office.
SENIORS-there are a handful of scholarship opportunities still available from our local donors. Check out our website to get some money for college or your vocational trade NOW!
SENIORS- Be sure to get your 20 hours of community service completed soon and all debts (library, textbook, Activities, cafeteria). Your hours must be complete in order to participate in Senior Activities. This include the Senior Trip too!
Community Service
Nipomo Girls Softball is having a tournament this weekend at NHS and would like to offer students an opportunity to earn community service hours by helping out on Saturday June 3 and Sunday June 4, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. 3 hour shifts available. They will take as many students as we can! You will be working snack bar, making snow cones, and making sure the tournament runs smoothly.
Nipomo Elementary School is having an Open House tonight and would like to offer any students looking to earn community service hours a chance to do so by volunteer to help with an Ice Cream Fundraiser at the event by serving toppings on sundaes. Students participating should report to Nipomo Elementary School by 5:00. For students wanting earn community service hours over the summer, The Nipomo Foodbank (Womensade) will provide you with a chance to volunteer at their monthly food distribution day at Nipomo Elementary School. You can also earn hours volunteering to tutor students attending elementary summer school. Flyers with info on days for the foodbank and forms to sign up as a tutor are available outside Mr. Meloncon’s (Mal-lan-san) office in the Admin Bldg.
