There is going to be a Halloween costume contest on Tuesday, October 31st at lunch on the quad. All costumes must follow school dress code, which includes no masks and no real or fake weapons please.
This week we’ve been super successful selling drinks for children to have clean drinking water in Nepal. Today is your last chance to show support by coming out to the quad to purchase a Shirley Temple!
Fall Fest starts next Monday! Don’t forget there will be a costume contest on Tuesday and Activities going on in the Quad every day. Monday we will start off with our “What’s inside the Pumpkin” game. Come make your guess and win a prize!

We have 3 college presentations scheduled for the upcoming weeks; UCLA, Colorado Mesa University, and the University of the Pacific.
The Plumbers and Pipefitters Union will be here on November 7th to discuss a career in the trades.
Please stop by the Career Center to sign-up to attend any of these presentations.

Girls Basketball Try-outs are on Wednesday, November 1 and Thursday, November 2 from 6 - 7:30pm in the Johnson Gym.
All boys Interested in playing basketball for NHS this winter please come to an informational meeting today at lunch in the gym lobby. We will go over tryout dates and expectations.
NHS Girls Soccer 2017-18 Season starts Wednesday Nov. 1. Practice time is 3:15 to 5:30 on the Girls Softball outfield. Please bring appropriate soccer gear.
All students trying out for a sport or doing preseason workouts must have their Family ID information on file as well as a current sports physical from a doctor. See Mrs. Teixeira or Mr. Deichler for more information.
