NHS after school tutoring is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week in the library from 3:00-5:00 pm. An evening meal will be available to all who attend. A late bus will depart NHS.

Hear ye, hear ye! The National Honor Society Club requests that all scholars submit their application along with their $15 membership fee and transcript to Mrs. Teixeira in the Activities Office by Friday, the third of November. Be mindful of meeting the deadline, as your membership in this prestigious club depends on it!
Attention ETS students: This is a reminder that there will not be an ETS afterschool workshop for the next two weeks. Again, no ETS afterschool workshop today or next Wednesday. Workshops will resume November 15th.

We have 3 college presentations scheduled for the upcoming weeks; UCLA, Colorado Mesa University, and the University of the Pacific.
The Plumbers and Pipefitters Union will be here on November 7th to discuss a career in the trades.

Seniors - Cuesta College will be on campus at 8:00 a.m. today to register students for Fall 2018, so plan to meet in room 128 at 8:00 am.
The senior panoramic photo shoot is coming up on November 2nd. That is tomorrow! Please get your order form from your Government Class teacher or pick one up on the Activities Office counter.

Girls Basketball Try-outs are today and tomorrow from 6 - 7:30pm in the Johnson Gym.
NHS Girls Soccer 2017-18 Season starts today. Practice time is 3:15 to 5:30 on the Girls Softball outfield. Please bring appropriate soccer gear.
Attention Girl Wrestlers - Girls Wrestling practice will resume on Thursday, November 2nd. Please plan to participate in Study Hall after school from 3:15 - 4:15 then practice in the wrestling room from 4:30-6:30. Same timeframe for Friday as well.
All students trying out for a sport or doing preseason workouts must have their Family ID information on file as well as a current sports physical from a doctor. See Mrs. Teixeira or Mr. Deichler for more information.
