Join Project Teen Health for their second to last workout for their Fitness Challenge. We will be doing some circuit training after-school, meeting at the Fitness Center. Tomorrow we are ending on a high note with some yoga training.
All students... Wait, WHAT? I can still sign up for a Cuesta College Class this spring AND receive 10 high school elective credits AND 3 college units? No, you are not dreaming. The class is called Introduction to Workplace Readiness and meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 - 6:20pm right here at NHS, beginning March 12th. Space is limited, so sign up in the counseling office asap!
