Our underclassmen students of the month of February:
Our freshman winner of the month is: Yulissa Bautista, she is a quiet student who works hard. I never have to remind her to be on task, she is always prepared for class. Yulissa is extremely polite and respectful to me every single day and she shows respect to her classmates by being friendly. Our sophomore winner of the month is: Anahi Sliva, not only is she an AVID student but she also participates in multiple sports at NHS including soccer and volleyball. She visits teachers on campus during her free time during lunch and after school to ask clarifying questions and to make sure her work is of excellent quality. In addition, she is very kind and giving!

Attention Sophomores and Juniors, Cal Poly will be hosting the annual Women in Leadership: Defining her Future conference on April 20th and we would love for you to come! As a bonus, they will be awarding a scholarship to one NHS student who attends. Please see Mrs. Hirase in the Career Center to pick-up a permission slip. Space is limited, so get yours as soon as possible.

Seniors who did not pick up their prepaid Josten's orders on Monday can pick them up from Mrs. Teixeira in the Activities Office at break, lunch or after school.
