General



Students, have you lost something this year? Maybe your PE swim clothes and towel, favorite sweatshirt, or a pair of shoes? You need to come up to the Attendance Office and ask us to look in the lost and found for your items. We have several items such as bags, backpacks, clothes, shoes and lots of other various things that are still unclaimed. When in doubt come check it out in the NHS lost and found. All unclaimed items will be donated on the last day of school!



Renaissance students, were you missing your tri-tip at the Field Day? Well on Thursday, May 31st, we will be providing tri-tip and salsa, just bring your own bun. Come out and enjoy some delicious meat on the quad at lunch. Tri-tip is on us either way, bun or no bun. Congratulations on all your academic achievements. Keep up the hard work and finish the year strong!



Students-- There still openings in the Cuesta College Classes being offered at Nipomo High School this summer. There will be Drawing, America Sign Language, World History and Spanish. These classes will count for 3 college units and 10 high school credits. Best of all, they are free for high school students! See your counselor for more details.



Last few weeks to get those grades up… Don’t hesitate to join the NHS After School Tutoring program is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the library from 3:00-5:00 pm. An evening meal will be available to all who attend. A late bus will depart NHS.

Redeem your Titan Bolts at the Titan PRIDE cart in the quad during lunch on Tuesdays! Reward yourself with snacks, clothes, and other amazing prizes!

Attention Titans! ASB Leadership has a few more spots left! Make sure to pick up an application in the office and turn it into Mrs. Anderson by this Wednesday, May 25th. We can’t wait for you to join and make your high school experience great!



Cal Poly Upward Bound after school session is tomorrow in the library conference room from 3pm – 5pm. More information about this college prep program is available by emailing [email protected].



Everyone's favorite practically perfect nanny takes the NHS stage in this Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious musical adventure… Mary Poppins. Show runs May 24, 25, 26 at 7:00 pm in Olympic Hall. Tickets just $10 for students/ $12 adults at the door. See you at the show!



Calling all dancers and wanna-be dancers: Dance Company auditions are coming up! Girls audition is tomorrow, Tuesday, May 22nd and guys audition is this Thursday, May 24th. You can pick up an application from Ms. Belo in the Girls Locker Room or in Room 103.


Robotics Club meets on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:00-5:00 pm after school. Don’t know much about robotics? No problem! We are here to help so just stop on by!

Library news: All library books are now past due. Please get them turned into the library immediately. Don't worry if you have late fees, just get your library books turned in. Textbooks can be returned as soon as your teachers say you're done with them.
