Mental Health Awareness Month! Feeling stressed? Aim to get 8 or more hours of sleep each night this week. People who get enough sleep are more likely to succeed at their daily tasks. Put your phone in another room or turn it off when you go to bed. Unplug and unwind. Good sleep has been shown to improve problem-solving skills and enhance memory performance. Sleep restores your mind and body. How much sleep do you get each night?
