Friday Night Live will be hosting a Youth Leadership Training on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 from 9:00am-2:30pm in San Luis Obispo. This training is open to all middle school and high school students! It is FREE and lunch will be provided. You must register by TODAY to attend. Interested in Community Service and college visit opportunities? The National Honor Society is holding an informational meeting tomorrow at lunch in Mr. Houchin’s room, room 114.
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be having their weekly meeting on Wednesdays during lunch in Room 117. You do not need to be Christian or an athlete to attend. All are welcome! Stop by, bring a friend and learn about our club and our faith.
FNL is back! Friday Night Live club is having their first meeting today at lunch in Room 126. Grab a friend and come check it out to meet new people, learn leadership skills, and plan fun activities and campaigns for the whole campus!
Career Center / Library
Students: If you have not yet turned in your permission slips for Career Exploration Day on Oct. 4 at Hancock College, see Mrs. O ASAP in the Career Center. We still have seats available on the bus, but you MUST turn in both permission slips, signed by your teachers and by your guardians.
Do you need community service hours? The Nipomo Recreation Department needs volunteer students to serve as Gym Monitors during activities. Several shifts are available each week, and the volunteer opportunity could lead to paying work! See Mrs. O in the Career Center for more information.

Seniors! This is your last homecoming! Would you like to get involved? Come to Room 107 at the beginning of lunch today for an informational meeting regarding the homecoming parade.
Community Service
Are you looking for community services and want to help out the teachers at Lange Elementary? Sign up to help at the annual Lange Family Carnival! The carnival is TOMORROW from 4:30-7:30, and teachers are looking for volunteers to run booths, walk Buddy around, and to be a help to parents and students. If you are interested, please see Ms. Hawley in the Counseling Office to sign up!
Harloe Elementary will be hosting our Annual Math Night from 6-7:30pm TOMORROW. We will need students to help with set up, running booths, and clean up. Please have the paperwork to be signed by the staff in charge. Students will need to contact the Harloe office to sign up to help. Students are needed from 5:30-7:45pm to help with clean up. Thank you for your help.
