Congrats to the NHS Teacher of the Month, Kayla Manning. Ms. Manning is a hard working teacher and her students said that she is patient, takes the time to listen to her students, and even helps students who aren't hers. Congratulations Ms. Manning!
Our Classified Staff Member of the Month is Joanne Dimmick. Mrs. Dimmick is an IA who truly cares about her students and it shows. Other teachers said that "she goes the extra mile" for her students and is genuine with them, which really helps to foster those positive relationships. Way to go Mrs. Dimmick!
Our Class of the Month is Mr. Gracia's 5th Period Accelerated Geometry class! This class was nominated for doing their work consistently and all passing, which is awesome! Good job, guys!
Our Senior of the Month is Dannon Sanders. She was described as "thoughtful" and a true "Ravenclaw" by her teachers and one English teacher even said he hopes she joins the Army and reaches the rank of Colonel. Congrats to Dannon Sanders!
Our Junior of the Month is Nayana Gerarden. She is described as a "positive influence over her friends" and a student who really takes "initiative." Great work, Nayana!
Our Sophomore of the Month is Samantha Ochoa. One teacher said that she has a "positive attitude and gives 110%" and comes prepared to give her best effort every day. Nice work Samantha!
