Attention Juniors, are you interested in taking the SAT during the school day? Do you have weekend obligations or transportation issues that would keep you from being able to participate in a regular Saturday SAT administration? NHS has a great opportunity to help you to get ready for college: the SAT School Day, Wednesday, March 25th. Please check your student email to register and for payment instructions. Chess and Pizza-name a more iconic duo! Chess Club is starting up again and we’ve received a donation of several new competition chess sets. To celebrate, we’ll have pizza for those who sign up to come TODAY, February 4th at lunch in Room 146. Look outside room 146 for instructions.
Which do you like better, Panda Express or Chipotle? Well you don’t have to choose because we will be having a fundraiser at both places on the same day! HOSA is a new chapter at NHS for students who want to be further health professionals and learn about the medical field and how to provide quality health care to all people. The fundraiser will be held on Saturday, February 8th. You can go to Panda Express in Santa Maria ALL DAY or Chipolte between 4:00 and 8:00 pm. Make sure to mention that you are here to support NHS HOSA.
