General

Do you want to steal someone’s heart?  Well, today you will have the chance with the “Steal your Heart” game. The objective is to steal as many hearts as possible by the beginning of lunch on Friday!!

How to steal a HEART!!

If you see someone on a phone, you can kindly ask for their HEART
NOTE: If you are caught on your phone you are to give up ALL Hearts in your possession!

Prize:

A basket full of HERSHEY KISSES, with 2 MOVIE TICKETS!
If you believe you are the person who stole the most hearts come up to the quad at the beginning of lunch and see if you were the lucky winner!!

The game will run through class and break, BUT TEACHERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO PAUSE THE GAME DURING CLASS if they believe it's too big of a distraction!

The purpose of this game is not only to see how many hearts you can steal but to become more aware, stay off of our phones and meet new people. Too often our phones are used as obstacles that take us away from being aware of our surroundings, and meeting new people.

Will you keep your heart...or have to give it away?

“Roses are red, violets are blue. I blush every time I think of you!” This Friday, wear pink or red or Titan gear to get a free KISS...the chocolate kind, of course! ASB students will be handing out the treats before school, at break and at lunch!  So be on the lookout to get at Valentine KISS!

Life without you would be like a broken pencil...pointless. If you think you know everything about your best friend or partner, come down to the quad today at lunch to see if you’re right. The winners will receive a prize.

We are looking for artists who would like their artwork featured in the yearbook!  It can be digital art, photography, drawings, cartoons, paintings, sculptures or any medium!  Please send a photo of artwork to [email protected] and include your name, title of your artwork and a description of the medium and techniques you used.  If you have questions, see Mrs. Sutherland in room 40D. The deadline is FEBRUARY 21st.
