TODAY is the last day to join Nipomo High School Friday Night Live at the Awareness Gallery in Olympic Hall, open today at break and lunch. The gallery is an interactive display that addresses issues faced by a typical high school student today such as stress, mental health, and substance use. Hope to see you there!
Are you in a sport outside of school, or do you have a hobby that no one really knows about? If so send in some clips of yourself performing this hobby/sport, and they may be featured in this years’ Diversity Week Video. All videos must be submitted no later than Friday, March 13th by the end of lunch to the NHS Instagram, @nipomohs.
Titans, next week is our Diversity Spirit Week, that's right, Spirit Week is still happening! All those performances and games that we were going to do at the Rally will now happen throughout the week on the quad. So be sure to dress up and come out to support all our great performance groups!
Monday, show your spirit by participating in Titan Deck out Day! Wear your Titan spirit gear or Titan colors and join us on the quad at lunch to play Musical Chairs with a twist and to see our Titan Cheer squad perform.

Hey Nipomo Titans! Are you up for an exciting challenge and a rewarding experience? If you are a Sophomore, Junior or Senior, you should apply to become a best buddy and join us for the 2020 Special Olympics. Special buddies club will meet during 5th period Tuesdays and Thursdays starting March 31st through April 30th. You can pick up an application in the counseling office. Applications are due by March 20th. Come make new friends and enrich the lives of others.
The Associates Club meetings are now on Fridays in the Career Center. If you’re interested in college courses as a high school student, please grab your lunch & join us today in the Career Center.

Good News! A few more spots have opened up for our Grad Night trip to Universal Studios. Tickets are $100 and are available in the Activities Office until the end of the month.
Scholarships! TODAY is the deadline for the UCCM scholarship for students of Mexican descent and the Zac Elliott scholarship for drama or Chico State. Complete the application and bring them to Mrs. O in the Career Center by 4 p.m. Friday!
If you are planning to attend CUESTA or HANCOCK next year, you need to make sure you are signed up and ready for the upcoming Orientation days. Help is available! We will have a REGISTRATION DAY in the Career Center on Tuesday, March 17! Sign up in advance for a timeslot so we know to expect you! See Mrs. O in the Career Center to sign up today.
Community Service
Are you still looking to fulfill your community service requirements for graduation or are you just looking to get it done before your senior year. If any of these are true, Nipomo Recreation can help. We are having their annual Kids Day at the Nipomo Community Park on Saturday March 28 from 10-3 pm. We need help with our Easter Egg Hunt, Parking, Bounce House attendants and many other jobs. Please come to our office in the GYM lobby and sign up as soon as possible.
