Are you having a good day today? Well, this Friday will be even better because we are having a Superheroes vs Villains Rally! Seniors and Juniors fee free to dress up as any superhero – some ideas could be Superman, Batman, Spiderman and even Wonder Woman. Sophomores and Freshmen can dress up as villains like The Joker, Whiplash, Green Goblin and Lex Luther! Come dressed to support your class.
Have you ever wanted to give back? Well now you have the chance. Starting Monday, the 25th of March, we will be having Pennies for Patients in your 2nd period class! So, start saving up your change and be ready to donate! Prizes will be awarded to the three classes that raise the most money!
Sadie Hawkins dance tickets are now on sale. They will be $7 with ASB sticker, $10 without ASB sticker.
U.C. Merced is the 1st new American research university built in the 21st century, with a mission of research, education and public service. Come hear about the great opportunities U.C. Merced has to offer this Thursday, 3/21, during 6th period in the Forum. A sign-up sheet and presentation passes are available in the library.

Check it out! Red Cross is selling “Sadie’s Suckers”. You can buy a lollipop with a handwritten note from you or just a lollipop to enjoy for yourself for $1. They will be sold today and Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday the 20th.
Community Service Opportunities
Are you interested in getting some last minute community service hours? Do you enjoy being healthy and active? Do you want to learn more about Allan Hancock College? If so, then you need to participate in the Allan Hancock College Splash and Dash on Saturday, April 27th! You can participate in either an Aquathon consisting of a 5K run and 500yd swim, a 2 mile run, a 5K run, or a 500yd swim. Attention Juniors and Seniors – If you need community service hours, here’s the perfect opportunity. The Track and Field team has a home meet on Thursday and the coaches need your help! There’s a sign-up sheet on the Activities Office counter. All juniors and seniors are invited to help out – so race to that sign up sheet today!

Disneyland Grad Night tickets to on sale today! Tickets are $70, but prices will go up after Spring break. Pay in full before then to get the discount. Grand Night is June 12th.
Juniors and Seniors! Are you interested in a career in Medicine? Then see your counselor for an application for the Physician Mentoring Program at Arroyo Grande Community Hospital and Marian regional Medical Center. The summer program runs from June 24th through August 9th, 2013. Applications will be accepted starting April 1st, 2013, and are processed in the order they are received. Last year there were participating physicians in anesthesiology, Dental, ER, Family Practice, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Orthodontics, and surgery, just to name a few! See your counselor for an application, STAT!
