Prom 2013 – A Night in the Orient – tickets are on sale now in the Activities Office. Tickets are $35 with an ASB sticker, $40 without. If your date is a sophomore, you must accompany them to purchase their ticket. Guest passes are due Monday, April 22nd. Prom is April 27th from 8 – 11pm at The Monarch Club at Trilogy.

Hey Nipomo! Instead of throwing your recyclable plastic bottles or aluminum cans away in the trash or recycle bins, throw them away in the new recycle bins on campus provided by the Link Crew for their spring fundraiser! Remember, aluminum cans and plastic bottles only please.

Attention all job seekers! Connect with employers from a variety of industries at the South County Job Fair tomorrow from 2:00-5:30 pm at the South County Regional Center, 900 West Branch Street in Arroyo Grande. See flyer in the Activities Office for more information.

Another opportunity for job seekers is this year’s Youth Job and Resource Fair which will be held Wednesday, April 24th from 5 – 7 pm at the Youth One Stop located at 191 S. Oak Park Blvd in Grover Beach. This Job and Resource Fair will provide young people information about jobs and career tracks in various industries and businesses. Food and beverages will be provided as well as surprise giveaways and drawings.

Come see the Drama Department’s production of “The Fantasticks” this Thursday, Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 in Olympic Hall. Come on out and enjoy the show!

There will be no ETS workshop today.

Do you like getting the “inside scoop”? Being in “the know”? Join the Titan Newspaper staff next year and interview people of interest, write stories, take photos, draw cartoon and use professional publishing programs to create The Titan Newspaper. If you’re interested, the application deadline has been extended, so pick up an application from your counselor and turn it in by the end of the moth to Ms. Jenssen in room 112.

Attention all Friday Night Live members: There is a meeting in Mr. Deichler’s room, 134, today at lunch, so don’t be late!

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes meets today at lunch in room 105. Everyone is welcome!

Community Service Opportunities

Seniors / Scholarships
Grad Night is June 12th. Tickets are $80 and are available in the Activities Office. If you are planning to go, please buy your ticket by this Friday. You may make a $40 payment and pay the balance by the end of the month.

Seniors! Allan Hancock College will be in the Forum on Wednesday, April 24th at 8am. On this morning, you’ll learn how to apply and register to attend Hancock next year! Sign up sheet is located in the counseling office.

Sports

Lacrosse is coming to the Central Coast! Central Coast Lacrosse is introducing the basic
skills of the game of lacrosse, the fastest growing youth sport in the nation, in two introductory clinics
on May 18th and 25th. Lacrosse equipment will be available at the clinics.
