General

To Mrs. Hatfield’s knowledge, all ID cards have been delivered. If there is an error on your card, correct it with a Sharpie and leave it with Mrs. Teixeira in the Activities Office by September 13th. If you have not received an ID card at all or your ASB sticker is missing, put your name on the list located on the Activities Office counter by September 13th.

Yearbooks are on sale in the Activities Office! They are $67 through the month of September…lowest price of the year. ASB discounts available after September.

Student planners are now available in the Activities Office for $1 while they last!

Clubs and Classes

ETS meets today in the library computer lab at lunch.

Attention all Key Clubbers. There will be a meeting on Thursday, September 13th at lunch in Mrs. Hatfield’s room, 150. If you want community service hours, come by to see the new events taking place!

Hey, do you like food, helping others, receiving community service hours and Magic Mountain?? If you said yes to any of these, come to the Interact meeting today in room 40C at lunch!


The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) meets every Wednesday at lunch in the gym. Lunch is provided and everyone is welcome!

SENIORS! Go to the Yearbook page of the NHS website and tell us your nominations for the Class of 2014 Senior Bests! Final voting will take place during Senior lock-in.

Juniors and Seniors: The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) wants you to join! Become a part of the most elite high school academic honor society in the country. If you earned high grades on your June report card (the final grades for last year’s classes) then come by room 107 to fill out an application and see if you qualify. If you have any questions, come to room 107 and ask Mrs. Kelly. Don’t miss this opportunity to join … the deadline to apply is Friday, September 13th.

Attention all sophomores, juniors and seniors with a 3.0 or higher GPA from last semester – apply for Renaissance now! Don’t worry if you do not have that 3.0 GPA – if you improved by .5 percent from one semester to the next, you are also qualified! All applications are due by September 13th to the Guidance Counseling office.
