Community Service
Wanted! Students to help at the October Fest on October 11th. What we need are 2 to 4 people to help with the little kids scavenger hunt. The hours could be either 11:00 -1:00 or 11:00 to 3:00. Check in with Mrs. Teixeira to get on the list.
Be a Big Brother or Sister to a Nipomo Elementary School student this year and enjoy sports, crafts and games each Friday from 3:30-4:30, while earning community service hours. Volunteering looks great on college and job applications and Big Brothers Big Sisters provides letters of recommendations. To find out more, stop by their table on the quad this Friday when their friendly staff will be on campus passing out applications and answering any questions.
