Attention NHS! Are you ready for Homecoming? Be there to show off your Titan Spirit at our Homecoming Rally Friday, October 10th. Come dressed in your best Disney attire or class colors: Seniors – Pink or Red; Juniors – Blue; Sophomores – Purple; Freshmen – Green.
Want to be part of the Grand Opening for Mt. Olympus? What is that? Mt. Olympus is a spirit section for all students who dress in Titan Gear. Grand Opening will be October 10th during the Homecoming game! Don’t miss out on all the perks with being involved in Mt. Olympus!
Reminder: All students driving to school must have a parking permit! Tickets are being distributed to unpermitted cars and cars parked in non-student parking areas.
The Homecoming Dance is the perfect fit for your October 11th Saturday. Make sure to get your ticket in the Activities Office. Tickets are $10 with an ASB sticker and $15 without until October 10th. If you wait to get your tickets at the door, they will be $15 with an ASB sticker and $20 without. Come be a part of the Happiest Homecoming on Earth!
All ASB debts must be paid in full to be eligible to purchase a dance ticket.
Homecoming Dance Guests passes are now available in the Activities Office. They are due no later than October 7th – that is today!
Attention Titans! Yearbook wants your help. We can't be everywhere, every minute and you take a lot of pictures every day. Upload some of your pictures for possible inclusion in this year's yearbook and online time capsule. Just download the Jostens Re-Play It app onto your phone and send us your favorite pics! And don't forget to buy your yearbook because you only have access to the online time capsule with purchase of a yearbook!

Attention, Nipomo High School Bigs! Don’t forget, this Friday will be the make-up training for Bigs who missed the first session. Applications are still being accepted and anyone is welcome to join us at Nipomo Elementary on Fridays from 3:30 to 4:30.
Attention juniors and seniors! Make-ups for the California High School Exit Exam will take place Tuesday morning. Please check the activities office window to see where you will report to take the test.
October is LGBTQ History Month so the Gay-Straight Alliance is having a button design contest. Pick up a contest form from the table in front of the Attendance office, and turn in your design to Ms. Kandel in room 135 by October 7th.
Juniors and Seniors: Get the info you need for the career you want! Ever thought of a career in Agriculture, Automotive, Culinary Arts, Health Occupations, or Welding? Then come to Career Exploration Day at Allan Hancock College on Friday, October 10th from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Juniors! Are you planning on going to a four-year college? Then you should be taking the PSAT test next Wednesday, October 15th, right here at Nipomo High School. The PSAT is the practice test for the SAT, which you will take in the spring. When juniors take the PSAT, they are automatically entered into the National Merit Scholarship competition, one of the highest honors you can win as a high school student in America! Tickets for the test are $20, and can be purchased in the Activities office. The test will run from 8:30 - 11:30 here at NHS. We have a minimum day that day, so test your best, then go rest!

Attention all ladies interested in playing softball this spring, come to an informational meeting Thursday, October 9th at the beginning of lunch in Coach Paradis' room 40C.
All girls interested in water polo meet Wednesday, October 8th, at lunch at the pool.
Attention all boys interested in playing soccer! Starting October 7th, open field will be every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 – 5pm. We will be meeting outside the boy’s locker room. If you have questions, speak with Coach Veloz in room 115.
