Reminder: Unclaimed Pictures, Parking Permits and Past Due balances can all be taken care of in the Activities Office at break, lunch or after school.

Clubs and Classes

Film Club meets today in Mr. Pepo’s room, 40B.

Attention Renaissance! Do you like tri-tip, good music and swimming? Then come join us for our Deep Sea Pool Party today beginning at lunch out at the pool. Once you check in at pool, you may not leave until after 6th period.

All I see are stage people! NHS Theatre is back, launching our new season with The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940! Full of mystery, murder and comedy, it's guaranteed to keep you befuddled and laughing all the way home. Join us Fridays and Saturdays October 24 - November 1. Check posters for details.

Juniors and Seniors - A representative from Hancock College will be on campus today. He will have a table on the quad during lunch, and will be giving a presentation in the library during 5th period. Come see him about all of the wonderful programs Hancock has to offer. A sign-up sheet and presentation passes are available in the library.

Seniors

Students! Did you know you can take college classes at both Hancock and Cuesta for free? That's right, free! Hundreds of classes available from Automotive, to Culinary, to Film, and even good old fashioned Math and English! You will receive 3 college credits and TEN--Count 'em--TEN high school credits. See your counselor for more details!

Community Service

Students who need community Service hours, sign up on a list in the Records Office to help at the Nipomo Cowboys Football home games at Nipomo Park on Saturdays. Dates of the home games are listed on the sign-up sheet.

Sports

Boys Basketball info meeting on Wednesday the 29th at lunch in the gym. Everybody interested in trying out for Freshman, JV and Varsity Boys Basketball should attend this meeting. Grab your lunch then head to the gym!

Sports today:

Are you ready for some football??? Our Varsity and JV football teams take on Mission Prep High School today in San Luis Obispo. JV at 4pm and Varsity at 7pm. It’s a short drive to SLO, so go out and support our team!!!

Sports this weekend:

Cross Country travels to the Mt. SAC Invitational meet on Saturday.
Boys JV Water Polo will be at the Cabrillo Tournament.
