California Scholarship Federation (CSF) is a statewide organization which honors outstanding high school students for their academic excellence. If you qualify for four or more semesters you can wear a gold sash at graduation. Students must apply every semester starting their sophomore year. If you earned mostly A's fall semester you may qualify. Pick up an application in room 138 or from the attendance office. Deadline to apply is March 6th.
Are you interested in graphic design, photojournalism, or marketing and sales? Then apply to be a member of the Nipomo High School yearbook staff. Applications are available from your counselors or Mrs. Hatfield in room 150 and are due back to Mrs. Hatfield by Thursday, March 5th.
Hey Titans! Get ready for our 4th annual Mock Rock and Talent Show hosted by Friday Night Live. Sign-ups are posted on room 110 and the office doors. This is your time to shine! It's your opportunity to show off your singing, dancing, or lip synching skills. Sign-ups end today and auditions are also today after school in room 110. If you cannot make the audition time, see Mr. Emmons for more details. For those of you who just want to watch the talent unfold, the show is March 18th in the forum at 1pm. Pizza will be sold at the door so come and enjoy the show!

Tuesday, March 10, 2015 is Nipomo Food Distribution Day. Please spread the word and come join this fun and rewarding project. They start organizing at 1:30 and go till about 6:15. If you can help out, please let Mrs. Brooks know which shift or shifts you'd like to work. They need help with all shifts. Set up, distribution and clean up shifts (1st, 4th and 5th shifts) really need help.
First shift: 1:30 - 2:30 set-up
Second shift: 2:00 - 3:00 - unloading
Third shift: 2:30 - 4:00 - packing
Fourth shift: 4:00 - 6:00 - distribution
Fifth shift: 5:15 - 6:15 - clean up
Dana Adobe is having their Spring Vendor Faire on March 7th. A sign-up sheet and more detailed information are located on the Activities Office counter.
