General
U.C. Berkeley is one of the top universities in the country. A representative from Berkeley will be giving a presentation this Thursday, Nov. 5th, during 3rd period in the Forum. A sign-up sheet and presentation passes are available in the library.
Whittier College is a private Liberal Arts college located in Southern California, with a nationally recognized curriculum. A representative from Whittier College will be on campus this Friday, Nov. 6 during 2nd per. in the library. Presentation passes and a signup sheet are available in the library.
Westmont College is a nationally ranked Christian Liberal Arts college located in the scenic foothills of Santa Barbara. An admissions counselor will be on campus this Friday, 11/6 during 3rd period in the library to discuss Westmont's top-ranked academics, study abroad opportunities, scholarships and more.

Clubs and Classes
Key Clubbers! There will be a meeting in Mrs. Hatfield’s room 150, today at lunch. We will be discussing our Six Flags trip and will be taking our final count for the trip.
"All Public Safety students who have turned in their permission slips to Mr. Lindgren and are attending the field trip to Alan Hancock College's Public Safety Complex in Lompoc on Wednesday November 4th, will be excused from class at 9:20 and will meet in Olympic Hall prior to departure."

Planning on playing sports this year? Be sure to purchase your Sports Clearance Packet in the Activities Office. The $40 you pay includes the cost of your ASB card!
If you are interested in playing Baseball this spring, please come to the meeting on Thursday, November 5th in the Forum at lunch.
Girls Basketball tryouts for all grade levels will be on Wednesday, November 4th from 6-8:30pm at the NHS Gym. This tryout is for current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. Questions? See Athletic Director, Russ Edwards.
Boys Varsity Basketball tryouts are on Tuesday (that’s tonight), November 3rd from 6-9pm in the NHS gym. You must have a clearance packet on file to tryout. Question? See Mr. Edwards, Athletic Director.
Boys JV Basketball tryouts will be a two night event (you must attend both nights). 1st night was Monday, November 2nd from 7-9 at the NHS gym. 2nd night is Thursday, November 5th from 7-9pm. Questions? See Athletic Director Edwards.
