Finals start on Wednesday - that's right tomorrow! Here's the schedule:
Wednesday finals are 1st and 6th
Thursday finals are 2nd and 5th
Friday finals are 3rd and 4th
Remember . . . student dismissal is at 12:20 on all three days of finals.

Library news: Holiday stories and cookie decorating! After school this Thursday (that’s after your 5th period final) bring your favorite holiday story to share while we decorate sugar cookies – and you can take your finished cookies home FREE! Again, that’s Thursday in the library from 12:30 – 2:30…FREE holiday cookie decorating!!
Are finals in your favor? If not, come study for finals complete with snacks and tutors today after school from 3 – 5 in the library. There will be a small fee of $1.00 with ASB sticker and $2.00 without.
The Current “Do You Know What You Owe” list has been posted in the Activities and Attendance offices. Please check to see if you have any outstanding ASB debts to pay. Winter Formal is coming soon, and you must be fine free to go!
Today is the last day the Student Store will be open until we return from break.
Whittier College is offering Talent Scholarships valued from $1000 to $12,000 to incoming students who are talented in art, music or theater. See Mrs. Furlin in the library for further information.

NHS Theatre Company is having their annual Winter Showcase on December 18th in Olympic Hall at 7:30pm. Tickets are $5 for students/staff and $8 for general admission. It will be a fun night with Jack Skellington, the Grinch and the Mean Girls! There will also be a hot chocolate bar and cookie decorating!
Seniors
Who wants to make hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars in one hour! I'm talking to you seniors. The NHS Scholarship application is live and ready for your one hour of hard work to be eligible for loads of local scholarships. Applications are available on our website in the Academics Tab under scholarships or in the counseling office. The sooner you turn yours in the more scholarships will be available to you! Do yours this break!
Community Service
Salvation Army is looking for some students to be Bell Ringers through December 24th. There is still time to sign up if you are interested. Please call 904-7549 to get on the schedule.
