Library News - Thank you to everyone who submitted a Peeps Diorama last week! The winners are...for best depiction of a book, Kim Knollenberg's Peepenstein, for creativity, Hayden Lacey's Inheripeep, and for humor Mrs. Johnson's room 200. Please stop by the library today to pick up your prize!



Titans, please remember that your attendance for this week and library fees will be posted on Monday for your viewing inside Olympic Hall, Library, main office, outside Olympic Hall, and outside the Forum. Keep yourselves informed on your attendance, financial obligations, and grades; check your homelink accounts or look up your information in the reports mentioned before. Knowledge is power. Go Titans.



Clubs and Classes





Have you registered for your classes for next year? Schedule request forms for next year’s schedules must be turned in today!! Register ASAP before the elective classes you want fill up! Please submit schedule request forms to the Counseling Office. See Mr. Hubbell or Mrs. Kia if you have any questions.



Come out and test your Frisbee skills today from 3-5:00 on the athletic fields!



Special Olympics Best Buddies! This is a reminder that we are meeting in the gym on Wednesdays and Fridays during 5th period. We have a few athletes who still need buddies. Please show up if you can. Thanks from Coach Hubbell.



The Special Olympics will be held on May 6th. Please come support your Nipomo athletes by purchasing one of our shirts for $10 to support the students of room 200. Please see Mrs. Teixeira in the activities office.

Juniors and Seniors! Do you want to get a job this summer AND take a college course at Cuesta College? Then the Bridge Program at Cuesta is for you! Students will take a 3 Unit career planning course, complete a PAID job assignment on the Cuesta campus, and learn about college programs and resources that are available to them. Transportation is available to Cuesta. See you counselor for more information!

Seniors

Community Service



Earn community service hours by coming out to Cesar Chavez Park, located in the Nipomo Regional Park this Saturday from 9am until noon for a fun workday. Bring your gloves and garden tools. Pizza and soft drinks provided at noon.



Sports



March is National Athletic Training month. Bring your lightly used athletic shoes throughout the month of March to Mrs. Silveira’s office after school. They will be sent to One World Running, a non-profit organization that provides shoes to those in need in the US and abroad. Please see her for more information.
