General

Do you have anyone special in your life you’d like to thank? If so, come out to the Quad to buy them a “Kindness Gram” from a Key Club member at lunch today. You can buy one on the spot or order one to be delivered to their 2nd period class on Friday the 22nd. Please make sure you know your friend’s second period classroom number.

Do you know what you owe? Don’t be ineligible for all the upcoming activities! Check with the Activities Office to make sure your debts are paid. Updated list has been posted in the office and on the website.



Have you been waiting all year for Powder Puff Football? Well the wait is over. Registration forms are already out. Come pick up your powder puff packet today on the Activities Office counter.

Reminder for the Future Pathways for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership Presentation: If you signed up to attend, report directly to the Forum at the beginning of 4th period and do not check in with your 4th period teacher first. Mrs. Davis will sign you in when you arrive. Come prepared with questions for our guest speakers.



Titans, tomorrow is "Higher Ed Thursdays" at NHS! Support higher education by wearing college gear or post-high school gear (every Thursday. In accordance with our school's dress code policy please no mascots.

Are you planning on joining The Titan Newspaper staff next year? If so, don't forget to complete the application by the end of the month and turn it in to Ms. Jenssen's box or room 112.

Attention ETS Students: There is an ETS workshop today during lunch in the computer lab. If you have any questions regarding the upcoming Great America field trip, please come to the workshop or see your ETS advisor after school in the Career Center.

Link Crew applications are due TODAY. Make sure you show you're dedicated and turn them in on time! Can't wait for you to join the team!

Attention staff and students: NHS Theatre Company presents 'The Children's Hour’ starting Friday and Saturday, April 22 and 23 at 7 p.m. in Olympic Hall. There will also be a 2 p.m. Saturday matinee. Tickets are $5 for students and $7 for general admission. Shows will continue the following Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m., with another 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday, April 30. We hope to see you there!

Come out and test your Frisbee skills every Friday from 3-5:00 on the athletic fields!



Friday Night Live has a meeting today in room 126. If you’re looking for a leadership opportunity that helps the community, come to 126 at lunch today to join the fun!

Seniors

Seniors who are going to Hancock next year. Priority registration begins for most of you today. A student ambassador from Hancock College will be here from 1:00 to 4:00 PM to help students who need assistance. Stop by the counseling office to make an appointment. Go Bulldogs!

Jostens will be here at lunch on Thursday, April 28th to distribute pre-purchased caps, gowns and graduation items.

Community Service

Still need Community Service hours? Stop by the library to learn how you can earn over 3 hours this Thursday night by helping elementary students with craft projects at Grover Beach Elementary’s Family Art Night. See Mrs. Matsuura in the library for more details.
