General

There’s No Place Like Homecoming Dance will be on Saturday, October 1st. Tickets will go on sale today through Friday, September 30th at 3:30pm. Prices are $10 with ASB card, $15 without if purchased in advance. Tickets will be $15 with ASB and $20 without ASB at the door.

Reminder - After school tutoring is available in the library from 3:00-4:00 every Monday - Thursday.

Teen's Closet is open on Wednesdays from 12-4 in Room 142. Students are welcome during lunch and after school.

Clubs and Classes

Are you behind on credits? Earn 10 elective credits before Thanksgiving by taking Cuesta College's Workplace Readiness class with Mrs. Davis. If you're interested, you MUST ATTEND class Wednesday in Rm 128 at 3:30pm or else the class will be cancelled. For more details, meet with Mrs. Kia, Mr. Hubbell, Mr. Meloncon or Mrs. Davis.


Attention all Freshmen! If you are interested in helping out with the freshman float for homecoming, please come to a meeting at lunch on Tuesday, September 27th in room 126. Bring a friend and let’s take first place!

There will be a Key Club Meeting at lunch on Tuesday in room 150.

Start a movement to make your campus healthier! Join Project Teen Health's first Club Meeting this Thursday during lunchtime in the library's conference room. A lunch will be provided!

If you love music, dance, and want to get fit, listen up! Project Teen Health is hosting Zumba Workouts this and every Wednesday after school in Room 103. All levels welcomed!



Seniors

It’s that time! To vote for our Class of 2017 Senior shirts, check your school email and click on the Google form titled “2017 Titan Senior Shirts” and fill out the ballot! All submissions must be in by Friday, September 30th!

Seniors...Are you thinking about taking the SAT one more time? The deadline for the November 5th test is October 7th. Sign up at collegeboard.org. See your counselor for more details.

All seniors who are going to be filling out the FAFSA or the Dream Act application, come to the career center on Mondays, all day, during the Fall semester to see Lizbeth Mendoza from Cal SOAP. Students can make appointments with Mrs. Nunez or Mrs. Lattimer in the counseling office. Both the FAFSA and Dream Act applications open on Oct. 1st.
