General

CIF Football will be at Home on Friday vs Paraclete at 7pm. Tickets will be $10 for general admission and $5 for students and children. ASB Cards will not be honored at CIF games. Presale tickets are available in the Activities Office beginning today! Avoid the line at the gate and get yours early!


Reminder - After school tutoring is available in the library from 3:00-4:00 every Monday - Thursday. If anyone needs help with their essays, you can get extra help today after school in the library.

Higher education includes college, military, and any other educational program after high school. You ARE allowed to wear mascots as long as the name of the organization is visible as well.

Join us in the library today for this week’s after school library craft on Easy Peasy Painting. As always, it is free and everyone is welcome.

Reminder: The Entrepreneurship Presentation is happening today during 3rd period only! Check-in with your 3rd period teacher first and then go directly to the Forum. If you signed up to attend 2nd period, you should attend during 3rd period instead. See Mrs. Nunez in the counseling office or Mrs. Davis to see if you are on the roster!

Teen's Closet is open on Wednesdays from 12-4 in Room 142. Students are welcome during lunch and after school.

Flag Football today at lunch behind the tennis courts will feature the teacher team, Bottle Flipping is for Losers, play against the Raider Clan.

Clubs and Classes

Friday Night Live meeting today at lunch in room 126. If you want an opportunity to meet cool people and have a positive impact on your community, stop by and get ready to make a difference. See you for FNL in room 126.

Join Project Teen Health's Club Meeting and get info on upcoming events! We meet this Thursday during lunchtime in the library's conference room. A lunch will be provided!


ETS students: There is a lunch workshop today in room 130. All grades should attend. If you cannot make it to the workshop, please see your advisor in the Career Center. See you at lunch!


If you love music, dance, and want to get fit, listen up! Project Teen Health is hosting Zumba Workouts today and every Wednesday after school in Room 103. All levels welcomed!

Boys Basketball Tryouts - Attention all boys wanting to try out for boys basketball. Tryouts are happening this week. The schedule is:
Freshmen Boys tryout on Wednesday night from 6-8pm in the gym.
JV and Varsity combined tryout on Thursday night from 6-8pm in the gym. If anybody has any questions about boys basketball tryouts please see Athletic Director Russ Edwards.


To participate in any sports activities, you must have your sports clearance and physical done. For instructions or forms see Mrs. Teixeira in the Activities Office or go to the NHS website for more information.



Sports this week

Here is our athletics CIF report for this week. Water Polo, Cross Country and Football still alive and competing!

Water Polo TBD for Thursday and Saturday based on how each match goes.

Cross Country - at Riverside Cross Country Course on Friday. They will leave school on Thursday to travel down and will stay hotel rooms. Compete on Friday, back Friday evening.
