General

Due to construction on the west wing of the Admin building, the Activities Office has been temporarily relocated to room 5.

During this week of kindness, teachers will behanding out hearts if they see you being a kind citizen. Turn the hearts you collect in on the quad at lunch to be put into a raffle that will be drawn on Friday, November 18th.

Hey Titans! To keep kindness week happy and lively, we are having a kindness walk in the quad today at lunch and you can win a slice of pizza!


Reminder - After school tutoring is available in the library from 3:00 to 4:00 every Monday - Thursday.


Listen up Men! There will be a Young Educated Latino Leaders Conference on Saturday, December 3rd at Hancock College from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The keynote speaker is Carlos Balderas, a U.S. Olympic Team boxer. There will be breakfast burritos, pizza for lunch, motivational speakers and prizes! This conference will empower male high school students to overcome challenges and succeed in both school and life! Sign up for a spot in the counseling office, or see Mr. Hubbell for more details. Sorry ladies, this event is for men only. There will be a separate conference just for females in the spring!

Hey Titans! Have you had something on your mind and you need some advice or another opinion? Well, with the holidays coming up, now is your chance to ask a question in the newspaper advice column. Write a question and drop it off at the Activities Office in the Titan Woman box!

Juniors and Seniors: A representative from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo will be here today during 3rd period in the Library Computer Lab. A sign-up sheet and presentation passes are available in the library.

Join the Project Teen Health Club meeting today during lunch in the library and receive a free 7 day fitness packet to complete over Thanksgiving break. Those who do complete it will earn a free membership to a local gym! Food will be provided, see you there!

Calling all Frisbee fans…We will be playing Ultimate Frisbee this Friday at 3:00 on the athletic fields next to the girls’ softball diamond. Bring water, running shoes and a desire to run!

Titans! Both your Girls and Boys Cross Country teams have moved on to the CIF Southern Section finals coming up this Saturday in Riverside! Please wish them luck as they try to qualify among the top seven teams to make it to the California State Championship meet!

All girls who played volleyball this year: mandatory meeting at the beginning of lunch today in room 116 to discuss the banquet.
